Warning

  • Warning: Never on marble or other natural stone: acid etches calcium-based surfaces permanently.
  • Caution: Spray the surface, not the cloth. Let it work, wipe off, and wash that cloth separately — strong chemicals degrade the fibres.
  • FlammableBecause this uses Isopropanol
  • Harmful / irritantBecause this uses Citric acid

Dissolve the citric acid completely in the hot water first; undissolved powder blocks the spray head.

Add the vinegar and the alcohol, close the bottle and swirl.

Spray onto the limescale — not onto your cloth — leave it to work, then wipe off with a microfibre cloth reserved for the bathroom. Acids in prolonged direct contact degrade the fibres.
